General Information
SEAGULL TRANS is committed to providing exceptional travel experiences in Egypt. Facilities like hotels, restaurants, or optional tours may be temporarily unavailable due to weather, maintenance, or upgrades. We will notify you of changes and offer alternatives or the option to adjust your plans.
Booking Confirmation
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with full payment due 30 days before departure. A confirmation email with travel details will be sent upon payment.
The remaining balance can be paid either two days before your arrival or. Rest assured, we will take care of all the details for you.
Accommodation:
Our prices are based on double occupancy. Single rooms are available for an additional fee. We carefully select hotels for their quality, but please be aware that prices are subject to change without prior notice. Flights • Domestic Flights: The quoted price is an average, and flight times are approximate. Any changes to your flight may result in a price adjustment.
Terms and Conditions
For Nile cruises, hotel stays, and package tours: • Children under 2 years old: Free of charge. • Children under 6 years old: 25% of the total tour price per adult. • Children under 12 years old: 50% of the total tour price per adult. • Children aged 12 and above are considered adults.
Terms of Use for Photos
We may use your photos to inspire others and feature them on our website or social media platforms. By sharing your visuals with us, you agree to this usage. Thank you for being part of our travel community.
Payment Methods
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and secure online payments. Additional fees may apply for certain methods, and confirmation is sent after processing.
Cancellation by You
Submit cancellations in writing to info@seagulltrans.com. Fees are:
- Over 60 days before departure: Refund of deposit minus $50.
- 60-31 days: 50% of total cost.
- 30 days or less: No refund.
Cancellation by SEAGULL TRANS
We may cancel tours due to low bookings or unforeseen events. You’ll receive a full refund or an alternative tour, but we’re not liable for additional costs like flights.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended to cover cancellations, medical issues, and lost belongings. SEAGULL TRANS is not liable for uninsured losses.
Health and Vaccinations
Ensure you are fit to travel and have required vaccinations. Consult your doctor 6 weeks prior. We are not responsible for health-related issues during the tour.
Passports and Visas
Your passport must be valid for 6 months from entry. Obtain necessary visas; we can assist but are not liable for entry denials.
Travel Documents
Travel documents will be emailed 7 days before departure after full payment. Review them for accuracy.
Itinerary Changes
We may adjust itineraries due to weather or safety concerns. You’ll be informed of changes and offered alternatives.
Accommodation
Accommodation follows package details, subject to availability. Special requests are noted but not guaranteed.
Meals
Meals are as listed (B. Meal, L. Meal, D. Meal). Notify us of dietary needs 14 days prior; extra charges may apply.
Transportation
Transportation is arranged per itinerary. We ensure safety but are not liable for third-party delays.
Local Guides
Professional guides lead tours. Tips are optional and not included in the price.
Optional Tours
Extra tours can be booked on-site, subject to availability and cost. We’re not responsible for third-party quality.
Luggage
One suitcase (20 kg) and one carry-on are allowed. We’re not liable for lost or damaged luggage; insurance is advised.
Behavior and Conduct
Respect Egypt’s laws and customs. Disruptive behavior may lead to booking termination without refund.
Safety and Security
Follow guide instructions for safety. We adhere to local regulations but aren’t liable for non-compliance incidents.
Photography
Photography is allowed unless restricted. Ask your guide; we may use tour photos for promotion unless you opt out.
Children Policy
Children under 12 get 50% off sharing with adults; under 2 travel free without a separate seat or bed.
Accessibility and Special Needs
We accommodate disabilities. Notify us at booking for arrangements; extra costs may apply.
Weather Conditions
Check weather and pack accordingly. We adjust itineraries for weather but aren’t liable for disruptions.
Force Majeure
We’re not liable for delays due to natural disasters or political unrest. Refunds or alternatives may be offered.
Liability and Limitations
We act as an agent for providers. Liability is limited to tour cost; we’re not responsible for third-party issues.
Complaints
Report issues to your guide or email support@seagulltrans.com. Submit written complaints within 30 days post-tour; we’ll respond in 14 days.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes are governed by Egyptian law and resolved in Cairo courts or mediation.
Privacy Policy
Your data is used for booking purposes only and not shared unless required by law.

Third-Party Services
